Our Solution
Our team began by analyzing the financial and reporting structures of six legal entities operating in multiple currencies. We implemented Dynamics 365 Finance with multi-entity and multi-currency capabilities, including automated eliminations and journal tracking.
Power BI Embedded dashboards were developed for CFO-level insights, scenario modeling, and group-wide KPIs.
We built standard reporting templates to support monthly board packs, real-time cash flow analysis, and cross-entity financial comparisons.
Compliance was enforced through Azure-based SSO, detailed user roles, and GDPR-aligned access policies.
